International Standard Accuracy Contest Rule Summary

The competition target is 108 cm (42.5 inches) in diameter and distances will range from 15 to 20 meters (about 50 to 65 feet).

Primitive Rules: To qualify as primitive equipment, both the atlatl and the darts must be made of natural materials that would have been available to prehistoric people, with the exception that modern glues and lashing materials are allowed. The dart must be able to pass through a 1.9 cm (about 3/4 inch) ring to comply with WAA rules.

Open Class Rules: Open Class equipment may be made of any materials but must comply with the 1.9 cm maximum diameter limit.

All classes of throwers are welcome. No experience is necessary.
