College Credit

This course is designed to fulfill either General Education or Art credit. This survey course does not a require a prerequisite but is writing intensive and the student must exhibit college level writing skills. (see The Classroom for requirements)

Eastern New Mexico University has been continuously accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges (NCA) since 1947. The requirements for Art 493/593, Art History: Photography from the Renaissance throught today on-line course meets or exceeds the contact hour guidelines set up by both the NCA and NASAD (National Association of Schools in Art and Design) for a 3 credit hour university course.

It is important to check with your department or advisor for transferability into your degree plan at your institution before enrolling in this course. To receive full credit at your university or college you will need to have transcripts sent demonstrating successful completion of this course.


3 credit hour course for Fall is $795.00. Students will enroll as non-degree students using the enrollment form supplied with this site. On-line enrollment is not availible at this time but for now print out enrollment form and mail/FAX with check or credit card number.
